Filed intent to wed on 10 April 1824 and married 25 November 1824 in Kittery by Joshua T. Chase, Justice of the Peace
Abigail was daughter of William Trefethen⁰¹⁰⁴ & Susan Randall ^{[Source 36]}. See Abigail Randall TREFETHEN⁰¹²⁹ for more about her.
Owned lots 19 & 20 of TREFETHEN’s Island (now Seavey’s) in 1860. He sold lots 9 & 21 to the Gov. for $10,500. on 16 October 1866.
Was a Carpenter in 1862 ^{[Daniel Harris TREFETHEN ⁰¹⁶⁵ marriage record]}. Fisherman / Laborer in 1870.
