Biography
This would have to be William TREFETHEN (#104) and his son, Henry TREFETHEN (#125). Something is wrong with statements that they both drowned off Henderson’s Point in 1812.

William TREFETHEN [of Kittery] states that"... his son Henry TREFETHEN, late of Portsmouth - Mariner, lately died intestate,"and requests his own appointment as administrator, 6 January 1817.
William TREFETHEN of Kittery, mariner, posted a $1,000 administrator’s bond, 6 January 1817, with Benning Hall of Portsmouth, Esquire, and Nathaniel Rogers of Exeter, Esquire, as his sureties. He was to deliver an accounting by 6 January 1818.
