Mark, Thanks for the info on Milicent I'll pass it on to Clint and the others. As for Marilla according to the sibling info you have on her on the Family Treemaker site (files 1834.ftw and 1835.ftw) should be Manella "Nellie" #618. I'm making that leap since the parents and siblings there for Manella match pretty much what you had. I'd really like to know what you have for documentation so we can up date Clint's site. A lot of the stuff on the site hasn’t been properly documented since we all in our ignorant past didn’t copy everything down but we're trying to do better and would greatly appreciate your help.
Do you know if Marilla also married John Walton or if this is completely erroneous
Subject: Re: A TREFETHEN question from next door Author: fellowss@mysurf.com at @UCSD Date: 16 January 98 8:45 AM Norma, Thanks for the E mail. I checked my files for "TREFETHENs" and found two. Marilla H TREFETHEN who married George W Kimball. I found nothing in your site that had her name listed. The other was Benjamin TREFETHEN who married Melicent Foster Fellows, one of my family "Fellows". Your site lists her as Melicent F. and we both have her death as 1851. Here’s the data again;
Descendants of Melicent Foster Fellows
Generation No. 1
1. Melicent Foster8 Fellows (Nathan7, John6, Benjamin5, Joseph4, Joseph3, William2, Willyam1 Fellow) was born Oct 19, 1820 in Ipswich, Essex Co., MA (Source: T. Frank Waters, Candlewood and Ancient Neighborhoods in Ipswich, (Salem Press, 1909.).), and died 1851 (Source: Frank T. Waters). She married Benjamin Trefethan in Boston, MA.
Our Melicent F is one in the same and you may now update your files. My source is included above and I'm quite certain of it. Thanks Mark Fellows
