He is listed in Rock County Deeds, 258:242 as an heir to William TREFETHEN0598 in 1820. His father was dead and a Henry TREFETHEN0930 (probably #0930) was his guardian (step-father)
His fathers will, presented to the Portsmouth Court by Abigail (his mother) on 16 October 1811 states ‘to Son Abraham in fee simple, (I leave) all my estate after the decease of my sd. wife Abigail TREFETHEN.’ No other children are listed. In 1812, his mother was ‘appointed & allowed’ to be his guardian. He was ‘a minor under 14 years of age’ at the time. [Source 36: LDS film 16202, p. 364]
His Grandmother, Lucretia on page 598, refers to him in her will on June 10, 1830 as 'Abraham, son of my late son Abraham' so he was still alive at that point
