Biography:

Earned a BA in psychology from Westfield State College in 1978 and a Diploma in nursing from Chester County School of Nursing in West Chester, Pennsylvania in 1985
Married Havard on 12 September 1981 in Chester Springs, Pennsylvania; and they divorced in November, 1991
In May of 1994 she legally changed her name to Joy Lynn PANNEBAKER and married Robert BARNETT. She divorced Robert in January, 1995
Earned her Masters in Nursing Management from the University of Phoenix (Denver campus) in 1996
She’s currently (1997) living in Denver, Colorado under the name of Joy Lynn BARNETT
