If you look closely at the image below, you'll see that Phyllis shows up with this family shown as parents, above. It is not clear to me who Phyllis' parents are, so I put Charles TREFETHEN as the father to make the connection. I do not believe Charles is her father, however. Perhaps the reader can find a birth certificate to verify the parents.
