Events:

Born in New Castle, New Hampshire
Was on New Castle’s tax list in 1737 & 1738
One George was a Grantee of the Township of Trecothick in 1769 along with a Foster Trefethen (probably 0213) and a Samuel Foster.
Some believe he died about 1738 (he vanished from New Castle then) but I’m leaving open the possibility that he may have moved.
Source 129 believes the George who was captured by the British in 1776 may have been a son of his. See George TREFETHEN⁰⁷⁰²
