Married Mary on 13 March 1865 in East Wilton. She was born in Wilton, Maine, 26 June 1837 daughter of Gould Perham & Asenith B. Woodward. She died 13 February 1885, in Webster, South Dakota^{[Source 36 via 147]}
Was a farm laborer in 1860 Wilton, Maine.
His first marriage was to Ruth A. about 1857 (she was born in Auburn, Maine about 1837). Source 129 says his 2nd marriage was to Eliza H. ALLEN about 1862 (she was born in Smithfield 29 April 1842; daughter of William & Hannah; died in Dexter 24 February 1922 [129:Dexter VR] . A resident of Dixfield, Maine, during 1858 - 1860; and resided in Exeter, Maine in 1880 - 1900 [all from census]. But as he definitely died out West, this can’t be so. Clint Trefethen wrote this and retained this info for further study.
NOTE: One forgotten Source says he married Mary L. Spinney during June 1828. Since he was born in 1836, this "don’t seem likely".
