Married on 12 September 1854 in Taunton, Massachusetts. Wife was born in May 1834, French Canada [Massachusetts Marriage Records has Vermont]. Both were residents of Taunton when they were wed by Rev. Andrew Pollard there [Source 36]
Resided at 14 Harrison St. Taunton Massachusetts at least from 1887 to 1906 (worked at 16 Cohannet St. in 1887 and 4 Porter St. in 1907) [Source 127]. Late in 1907 his daughter Fannie was living there. [Source 36]
He was short, and had blue eyes (as did his son Charles). He was well loved by his family. His wife was the younger sister of his boss, Pierre Parady, and she was VERY French! [Source 36: Marjory Stoneman Douglas: Voice of the River]
Died before 1931; he’s not listed in the Taunton Directory that year.
