Authored numerous books on Wildlife Management.
Won '“Best Author of the Year” Award from the Outdoor Writers’ Association in 1975(?)
Resided Adelphi, Maryland
Developed heart trouble, had a triple bypass; then just as he was recovered from this he developed Cancer of the Pancreas and died from pneumonia caused by his weakened state.
His wife moved back to Newport, New Hampshire after his death.
